Restaure negative balance

Hello,

Twice this month I've got a negative balance: -950 and -500.

The first one was restaured when a friend sent 1000€ to my account. My balance became +50.

The second time I've simply added 500€ myself.

However, Paypal anyway took 950 and 500 from my bank account a few days later. So I've paid twice.

I'm expecting this money to appear in plus in my balance but it doesn't seem to come.

Has anyone got this problem?

Can someone from Paypal help?
