I am trying to remove a bank/checking account I have used in the past for payments. I keep getting a message that I cannot remove the payment account because I have a "pending" transaction. I do not have any pending transactions, yet keep getting this message when I try to remove the account.
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
