I created paypal account around 6:30 pm and then deleted it due to some reason ...now i want to remove my card from that account. What should i do ?...Is paypal going to charge me if i haven't removed my card and deleted my paypal account?
They won't charge you apart from the amount to confirm your card once added, however if you don't confirm it then that should time out 30 days post adding the card and go back to your card issuer who will then process the refund.
However you wouldn't be able to use the card on another paypal account until you have asked customer services if they can remove it from your closed account first.
