Paypal card linked another account o

I can’t add card to PayPal because it says it is linked to another account. It is not linked and I have removed it from any other accounts. Why is doing this

Allow 72 hours between removing and trying to add a card to another account.

Also clear your cache / cookies or try another device or browser.
