Hi All Looking for some help here.. 1. I tried to use BPMe (fuel) to make auto pay from PayPal on 4th May, app was throwing an error with PayPal issue and didn’t process payment. I spoke to the fuel station about it. PayPal transaction registered as -$85 as a pending payment. 2. Fuel station manager have cancelled the transaction from his system and asked me pay through credit card directly and I made a payment. 3. I got an email from PayPal as fuel station refunded and I could see another transaction as a credit. 4. After few weeks, PayPal sending me an email as some transactions couldn’t progress on 04th and they debited -85 again on 25th May and my balance is now on Negative I tried to create a case with this transaction but PayPal throwing a message as it’s not eligible transaction type to create a case. Chat contact goes to Automatic messages than to human and no contact number to talk to. What’s the advise here? Pls assist.
