Refund not received in my card

I bought a green dot prepaid card with $50 loaded on it. I sent money to my friend and she refunded it to me. On paypal it says that the refund was successful but on the card theres no money! Even on card statement, there’s no sign there was even a refund it the first place! How do I get my money back?
