Refund completed but not on PayPal balance

I made a payment using my paypal balance then I asked for a refund....the refund is shown as completed but it's not on my PayPal balance neither on my bank account...please help me get my money back...

If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

What country are you in?

Did you get a refund or did they send a payment?

Was it sent in your currency?

The seller told me that he refunded me and PayPal summary also show refunded but my PayPal balance is still nil.

I'm from Mauritius. It was a refund in usd currency.

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Varies country to country but click on the 3 dots or similar next to your balance > manage currencies.
