Click on the 3 dots next to your balance > manage currencies and then check what you have marked as your primary currency OR you can do it via your paypal wallet.

I received a payment from another UK account today, I watched the sender punch in £1200 and send, I received $1605 ? I’ve never had this problem before but thought it would be ok, however when I went to transfer the balance to my Uk bank the transfer value dropped over £104. I can’t work this one out?

Do as i said in my above post and make sure you have the radio icon next to GBP and not USD.
