Well if this was Paypal customer services I would have no problem with your swearing.
But this is a 'user to user' advice forum and the 'volunteers' on here give up their time to try to help you.
So whether you want to use Paypal again is really nothing to do with us, we just advise on how Paypal works (or doesn't sometimes).
So in the spirit of the game.
1. Are the funds in your Paypal balance cleared and not pending?
2. Are the funds in USD?
3. Was it a friends / family payment?
4. Was it an Ebay transaction?
5. Was it a private sales transaction?
and finally...
6. What funding source are you trying to withdraw the funds to? Bank transfer or a debit card?
Advice is voluntary.
