Any of you guys having problems transfering Paypal funds to GCash wallet?
I tried contacting paypal and they said:

I tried asking them what to do for my transaction to push through. But their replies are all the same, and were like starting all over at the beginning.
Linking a local bank account is a no go for me because all of them are master cards.
