My existing Visa debit card ( I've been using it for 4 years on Paypal ) expired and after failing to update new card data I removed it and tried to add it again. After multiple attempts card isn't accepted, but every time I get an email "You’ve added a card to your PayPal account". Which I cannot see in my Wallet. Card is activated, works with ATM and online with AliPay. What to do ?
