Hello, I verified my PayPal account with a virtual card from AirTm, since I live and Venezuela and have no foreigner bank. But, the thing is that when I'm adding it to Facebook ( in order to pay for ads ) PayPal won't let me. I come here to confirm the card, with the virtual data provided by AirTm, and states that the issuing bank is rejecting my card or the issuing address, and it won't let me confirm it. But, how can I even confirm it if it's virtual? In case there's not a solution, do anyone of you know how to link PayPal together with Facebook through a virtual card and have no problems?
