Posting here because ebay is a disaster

I've been trying to contact ebay for weeks. Have received absolutely no help whatsoever. Sent package after being directed to do so by offical ebay messages now they're claiming it wasnt paid for. Ebay sent me a receipt. A message to setup shipping and tracking which I did. Another explaining how I wouldnt be payed until the item shipped in which I did not want to do at all because of things just like this happening. I jumpped through every hoop they required including having to deal with the new sellers policy with this being my first sale and just so happens it was of a $3,000 package an Alienware laptop package to be exact.  The package was sent solely from ebay directing me to do so, stating that payment had been received verified and that because I was a new seller the funds wouldnt be released until it was shipped. Which I was not okay with at all but seeing as I had multiple messages from payment verification to policy (which really binds you to a broken system i've learned first hand) even messages containing spoof and security protocols. Like 150%  direct known and offical ebay contact. They were all from the exact same source I had been receiving messages from ebay for years.  Well fine, good except the buyer paid for overnight shipping (which even on the listing it says paid by buyer, money had to come from somewhere) and now it's trying to be said the item was never paid for despite like 3 or 4 messages, official messages to beat coming from the same official source not some spam or fake mail but FROM EBAY. yet I cant even get someone on the phone to talk to. Each person from the automated support has told me something different to the point I dont think anyone knows what or who the hell they're even working for. Cant provide a means of contact, no advice no forwarding me on down the line, hell out of 4 people none of them knew even how or where to send me on down the line. What kind of circus are they running here? This broken new sellers policy has broken me and I deeply regret selling here. Via all the info I received from ebay ANYONE would have sent the package after receiving the messages I did from ebay stating to do so going in depth into detail with hyper links copy rights transaction numbers source codes EVERYTHING laid out EXACTLY in the format ebay is known to use and even from the SAME SOURCE all other legitimate contact I have ever had with Ebay derives from. If they didnt send the messages then they have much more than a $3,000 laptop to deal with because their whole network is compromised for anyone other than ebay themselves to send such messages. I mean I done the shipping slip and sent in tracking via the exact same source and they got all that and have it on record crystal clear. That and because of their 'new seller' policy and being forced to send the package before the funds would be released to me. Funds that they sent messages (same source as everything else has and will continue coming from) claiming the payment was verified, explaining why and when they would be released to me. Then a separate messages or a receipt with the exact amount and just like any other receipt I've ever gotten from eBay containing all the appropriate identifiers you'd expect and nothing what so ever from the address to the format, wording, copyrights or layout differing the slightest from what we all expect and have seen in the past.    You'd think ebay of all places would have their **bleep** together and not end up instructing me to send a package after providing receipts, policy info along with confirming funds and a time frame explaining this broken new seller jargon that has ended up with me having the choice of either fighting or costing me $3000. As you can probably guess im not about to eat 3,000 dollars when I've got enough info that a judge would laugh them out of the room over. Hopefully it doesnt come to that but fortunately my step father is an attorney and as I was helping set up a shed for my mother last week I was to lay out all the info and pick his brain on the matter. He's astounded at what's taken place. That I cant even get a damn phone call weeks after the laptop was delivered. His exact words were 'if someone that had anykind of money or skin in ebay knew the loophole this new seller policy in conjunction with their main policy has created and the predicament it has directly thrown you in, they'd be ringing the phone off the hook asking where to send the check and for how much' I couldnt help but notice earlier when I logged on that they are making immediate changes to the sellers policy and find it very odd its came only days after I sent them a more in depth synopsis of the mess they have created and a major loophole for new sellers to be easily taken advantage of. oh yeah and that fine print stating i could be lawed if anything was done outside of ebay made sure i had to jump through all their hoops which I did to a Tee and this is the predicament it's caused. I sent this package solely by direction from ebay and put trust in that ebay wouldnt **bleep** me. When they got the tracking number after sending me the info it was paid, instructing me to ship in order to get payment released to me and providing direct means of shiping through them (which is by their policy what you're suppose to do to keep from being fined and or pursued lawfully) then having me to provide immediate shipping to be able to start their window that the funds will be held and so they can confirm it has shipped and protect the buyer it was out of my hands. I wouldnt have sent without cash in hand but the policy literally forced it for me to even get paid. Not only have I been pleading everyone ive, i hate to say spoken to because a rock would have been more helpful so far, but they dont even want the information I'm trying to provide.. let alone tell me a means of where to send it. I wanted to pull out when i learned that I was to send this very expensive package before receiving the cash but apart from them legally being able to punish me for that you'd think after receiving multiple messages from a source that for years has proven to be official and valid and being back in forth in contact setting up the shipping and getting the shipping slip printed through the exact same source, them confirming the payment time line and having me insure them that the package has been mailed and provide tracking. I mean I know im upset and i really hope im painting a picture here but if I got the shipping slip and they got the tracking info through this source and admit to that communication then how can they say that the payment verification and receipt I have along with other messages wasnt from them??? Come on now Ebay again what kind of circus are you running here. Even if the buyer for some reason didnt pay or redacted the money, that's something I should have known. If you didnt have funds and you received a tracking number for a 3,000 dollar item YOU STOP IT. Then the straw that broke the camels back or mine so far why in the hello operator did you tell and send me so much info saying that he had paid and now trying to well not trying too doing a damn good job at ignoring me and leaving it in my lap. The last thing I was told was that the funds were there to ship the items and it came from EBAY. Unless everything has just gone out the window that means that EBAY owes me for this mistake. Regardless whos at fault (more than likely ebay having a little clarity into the situation) but to protect the buyer to the point that he can literally take my item. because remember he paid for overnight shipping... New seller policy states the funds are held upto 48hrs or longer after receiving notice that it had shipped. He would have had the package before I would have ever had time to cancel the sh

SCAM.
They may buy on Ebay but they use an anonymous or hijacked Ebay account and DO NOT have a Paypal account so they can't use Ebay checkout.

Scam has been ongoing for years and scammers can easily fake the emails to make it look as if they were sent by ebay.

 
They encourage you to accept a 'direct' Paypal payment and may ask you to send the item internationally.
No funds or activity of the transaction shows in your Paypal account and any emails 'may' go into your junk/spam folders.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't because they don't actually have a Paypal account and have no intention of paying you.
It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.
They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.
