Peopleperhour withdrawal request not reflected on Paypal account

Hello, 

It has been weeks since I made a withdrawal request with Peopleperhour but they claim that my funds are unclaimed on my Paypal account. I have not received any notifications ever nor did it reflect on my Paypal account. Tried messaging here but keeps saying "no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment". I hope you can confirm this. Thanks!

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
