I currently have 3 duplicate pending payments for exactly the same thing, paypal will not let me cancel the transactions and the seller has not received the money. What can i do?
The money is pending in my bank account so i can not access it and the item has not been purchased (as the seller has not received payment) so I'm stuck with nothing and no money
