Paypal wont allow me to convert from CAD to USD

Hi Guys,

Really need your help, when i try convert from CAD to US Dollars then it gives me this message (We’re sorry, things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later.)  I have tried everything and it just wont convert to US Dollars, please help

Seems to be a worldwide paypal glitch with currency conversions at the moment.
Lots of posts about this issue on the forum last week or so.
