I paid for an item off of ebay with paypal instant transfer. The order was cancelled before my payment with paypal was processed. NO REFUND NOW TO MY PAYPAL OR ACCOUNT! HELP, i have screenshots and other means of proving no refund. BRING BACK THE PHONES! Instant chats not helping!
