I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive both deposits. When you confirm your bank account, you should receive two small random deposits and then one withdrawal shortly after. However, if you're confirming a credit or debit card, you will only see one withdrawal. The withdrawal will be deposited back into your account after you confirm your card. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
