Paypal lost/stole my money

On April 13th 2021 I made a transfer from paypal to my account. I have done that previously and had no problem with it. This time the money didn't arrive. I have spoken to the bank and to paypal.

The bank was very informative, they answered all my questions and explained how things work on their end. They said they don't have any record of paypal sending money to my account in April 2021.

Paypal says that their "internal department", with whom there's no way of contacting, is "taking care of the case". They have been asking for my patience ever since. 

On June 22nd I spoke to them again, and an agent told me I would get info in 72 hours. It is July 7th and I'm still waiting. 

 

Are they laughing in my face? Do they not realise that we live in times of pandemics and we are all counting every cent?
