Paypal is cheating customers. I have sent 26.65 USD to a user on September 28 2020 and Paypal charged me approximate 2063 INR (so the rate is 77.41Rs/1USD). and then the next day[Sep 29,2020] the same user sent me 25$ and after deducting the paypal charge I got 23.35$ which shows in my account as RS 1,660.00 ONLY. As per this data it is 71.09/1USD. Paypal cheated me by decreasing the currency value more than 6 rupees. I had checked the currency rates in Paypal and it was approximate 78Rs/1USD that day. If any Paypal Executives seeing this Please provide me with the solution for this trouble.
