I received $50 , as I've done most days for the last 3 years. But Paypal stops this one $50 payment and says it's released after 1 day when we mark as delivered. After 2 days they then change their mind and hold until sometime in MARCH (next month). On what basis and right does Paypal have to hold onto people's money like this?
