When I go to setting and want to change my preffered way of paying online it only shows my credit card. I have money on my Paypal balance and I cant use it to buy anything online. I cant withdraw it either becouse of my current bank blocking any Paypal transactions for some time but that does not matter if I could just use this balance. Can anyone help me please.
