I recently switched banks, so I unlinked my old account and tried linking to my new one. Paypal is being extremely fickle and doesn't like my new account which then gave me the message "We can't complete this transaction right now, try again later." So basically Paypal disabled this bank number with no response from Paypal and this means my account has no linked banks at the moment. Until I get this figured out, I had a couple payments from my online store be sent to my account which now ask me to accept and is pending. This is so inconvenient because I can't accept without adding a verified bank, yet Paypal won't let me add a new one since there's some glitch. Will the pending payment eventually be added to my balance without having to accept it?
