Payment on hold

hi, just wondering why and how long will my money be put on hold for? I've got to deliver some items to buyers but i need to access the money to pay for the delivers? what am i suppose to do cause the buyers wont be happy if i have to tell them to wait 21 days for payment to clear. they will end up reporting me for not sending anything cause i cant with out accessing the payment. thank you

If you are going through the new seller hold then normally funds are released more quickly when a tracking number you enter on that transaction shows the item as delivered + 3 days.

If you are not going to send then you have to wait 21 days, in that time the buyers will probably file disputes for non receipt of item > get their money back and you may find you won't be able to use Paypal to sell in the future.
