Payment declined when linking a credit card

I have been trying to link my card that I previously removed from my acct, but is getting an error of payment declined, pls try a different payment method. Pls let me what resolution for this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your account. I see you've stated that you are having issues linking a card and trying to make a payment. 

 

You can visit the link here to view possible reasons that a card may be unable to be linked to an account. The link here will allow you to view reasons as to why a payment may be declined.
