I have been trying now for almost 10-days to get the expiration date on my credit card updated. So far, I have called the call centers in India, Belgium, and the Philippines with absolutely no success. In fact, the people at these call centers, after testing my VISA account with a $1.00 test charge went ahead and deleted my credit card from my account. Among their suggestions to resolve the expiration date issue, prior to deleting my credit card, was to cancel my account and start over, and then someone else stated that was not good because my email would still identify the original account, and yet another suggested just getting a new credit card. All of these missed the whole point. We moved and I updated my account with our new address, some 4-years ago, but even though my account shows my current address, that change was never entered into the basic account. The person I spoke to in Belgium, the same people who tested my account and then, apparently, deleted my credit card, had the temporary address for the B&B I was living in while my retirement home was being built - March to December 2016. The call center in India had the same information. The call center in the Philippines had my Florida US address. I have no idea how they even came up with that since the information on my account shows that I joined in 2016. So, here I am without a PayPal account and with PayPal customer service representatives that are unwilling or unable to help me. Any ideas?
