PayPal declining the bank account

I was using my Visa card before and it has deleted by mistake and trying to add it back but, PayPal is declining my card and its Visa i have tried to contact with bank the problem is with system. Is there anyone who know how to solve problem? The service doesn’t reply me anymore! Im so upset of PayPal service !!!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding your card to your account again. For this situation, I do recommend contacting customer support. You can contact support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
