I paid someone $150, it was taken out of my bank account twice. On PayPal, it shows that it was taken out once and the seller only received one payment. On my bank account it shows that it was taken out twice. I’ve already contacted my bank and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, how do I contact PayPal? What do I do? I’m in the negative.
