Hi, my PaPpal balance yesterday was 422 nok and today is 420 nok, i did not withdraw any money and I dont have any automatic payments and the currency change fees was taken once I received the payment from Payoneer. im not actually asking for the money , but I think the balance should remain 422 nok as long as I do not do any payments and I dont have any other additional fees. ??
