So purchased item from friend, 5 days ago, and pay pal won’t release funds to her as I can’t confirm receipt, Ive written more than 15 messages to them and they are just repeating the same stuff. On Reddit I saw a lot of people having issues with this, can’t phone pay pal just now, I don’t know if they’ve employed furloughed toilet cleaners and bouncers in their help centre but they really are about as useful as Boris Johnson 🤯
