I needed to refund someone money that I didn’t have in my PayPal balance so I transferred it from my bank account, but it said it would take up to 7 days to transfer so I found another way of refunding but now I want to cancel the transaction between my bank account and PayPal account but I’m not sure how

Hello @rubyhobbs,

Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to cancel the transfer going to your PayPal account. However, once the funds reach your account, you'll be able transfer them right back to your bank. You can also keep them in your balance for future use if you wish. 

Tip:

 - Transferring funds back to your bank can take up to 7 calendar days to complete.
