No matter what I do I still can't take money out of my paypal account.

Hello, it has been over 4 days now that PayPal has taken hostage over my money that I earned. It worked twice one morning but after that It kept saying "There’s a problem Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction." When I try to add a bank it says " Bad Instrument."

Ive talked to customer support and they said "for some reason it is locked." Giving me no actual reason for it to happen. Only to wait 24-48 hours which I did and still nothing.

Please help I can't even send my packages yet because I have no money on my account to pay for them.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
