Negative balance should be resolved - but isn't?

Went into a negative balance on my PP because sent someone $150, forgot to make sure my checking account had enough in it. My checking account went into negative, I transferred money into my checking account and everything seemed fine. I then noticed a few days later that I've been refunded the money I sent via PP, but then about two days later $150 left my bank account (via a PP debit transaction). This would all be okay, but my PP balance is showing that I still am -$150, and cannot use my account until I pay this off.

 

Does anyone know if this is just a case of needing to wait for PP to update itself, or has something strange happened? Do I need to contact my bank and make sure someone hasn't used my card on their own PP account?
