Hello to everyone. My customer created a cancellation request for their product and did not respond when I contacted him to ship the product. That's why my money is kept in paypal. My ebay account was suspended and I made the communication with a different account. But when I make a comeback they say that this problem is caused by paypal. I cannot open a request when I write to the Paypal assistant. What should I do?
