So, I was too late paying back the 0,02 to Paypal, but after the month that I needed to pay it in I payed the 0,02 back. This still didn't register my bank so I decided to remove the bank and try it again.. But I never got another 0,02 invoice and now my bank doesn't work since the first one month passed by.
