My bank account does NOT end with the 2 digit # stated by Ppal !

Hi. I made a transfer from my bank to my Ppal  account of a small amount, 4-5 days ago. It still has not been credited in my Ppal account. I  received a note today saying "We're still processing your transfer from your bank account ending in (two numbers)." But these 2 digits are not at the end of my bank account #. What do I/you do to correct this and to complete transfer ? M
