Normally to confirm a bank account (as opposed to a card) they send a 4 not 6 digit code to your bank statement and once you have received it you enter it next to the account you are confirming in your paypal wallet.
If you enter the wrong code x3 times then its blocked.
Have you added a card to your paypal account and confirmed it that you can use instead?
Not sure what age has to do with it though??
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
