Iam trying to withdraw money from my paypal mpesa it refusing it saying about no found in my paypal mpesa why are you people doing that and you can see there is balance in my paypal please help me l be able to withdraw the money.
Hello I have a PayPal balance and when I try to withdraw through my mpesa I'm told oops the transaction cannot be completed. I have never faced this issue until lately. It's over a week now. Getting the same notification even after giving my PayPal a break of more than 3 days. Please help
