Money transfer "please check your information and try again"

Hi I am experiencing a problem in transferring my balance to my bank account. I was able to do it without any problems two years ago. But now I am receiving a message, "Please check your information and try again" each time I try to transfer to my bank account. I am using the same bank account and my name and address matches with my record. Please help me. Thanks.
