Money transfer issues

I have had multiple issues with cards being declined when lots of money and high daily limits were available. now i finally was able to get a card to work and now every time i try to transfer money to my bank i get an error message. when i try to contact support i get an error message saying that the message center is not availible. when i call them i get an automated answer that they are unable to take my call. i am extremely disturbed that this money is being held hostage and i have no way to get this fixed.
