Hello. I tried to link my bank account to the paypal account. I should have recieved 0.1 usd with a confirmation code, but instead, paypal took four times the amount of 4.27 lei (0.9 euro) from my account. I canceled the account linking on paypal, and I'd like to get my money back at least. Any idea what the heck happend? Thanks.
I never use the service because what I have pre-pay card and do not accept any transaction but pay pal is charging me $25.00 for been a member. I never been a member and I can't use your service 00
