Money still on a hold

The sender confirmed that good was shipped (but actually I’m not sell anything, it was just money transaction from my friend), it was 2days ago, but money still on a hold. What is problem? I can’t reach PayPal call center because I’m from Kazakhstan

I don't think you have the friends/family option to receive payments in your country but i may be wrong?

If you have then the sender sent the payments incorrectly and sent them as goods/services so you are subject to the new seller hold.

If you mark the payment as processed or shipped then your sender may get the option to confirm receipt on their end which may release the funds earlier, but it may not be available.
