Hope you all are safe. I am new to PayPal. I recently made a business account as I was about to provide my service to an international client. I am a German teacher. I fulfilled the requirement of the client online and then he transferred me the money on May 28. It's still on hold.
I have to make a business account as it said via personal account one can only pay and not receive any payment.
My sole purpose to come on PayPal was to get paid for my educational service.
I didn't transfer any goods so I have no Shipping number or courier tag.
PS: The same client transferred another payment (40perc of what he transferred on may 28) to me on June1 and that reached my bank within 48 hours. But the bigger amount (and also my PayPal first payment) continues to be on HOLD.
I don't see any customer care number or email address. What I am supposed to do?
