Help Plz, paypal money transferred to my debit card but i didn't receive it yet , WHAT TO DO?

i didn't receive any money on my debit card so far , what should i do

and i called the bank , they didn't receive it and don't know what to do 

also i don't know how to contact papyapl with real conversation , not just auto text that they send
