a friend sent money to me and the transaction shows complete. However my PayPal balance is $0.00 so I cannot transfer this to my bank account. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
