Money on hold

Hello guys, I'd like to ask that I've already updated the information of our transaction and the money was still on hold because my account is new. The message said that an email will be sent to me right after when the sender received the email within 48 hours. It's already been 5 days and there's still no email was sent neither of us, both of us are waiting for the email to solve it. What should i do?
