Money on hold?

Hello,

So I opened new account on paypal , I added debit card.

I sold some pc parts and sent it to buyer and he sent me the money, but money is on hold from 29th of march.

Do you have any ideas how and why is it on hold and how can i get it out from hold? Thanks
