Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me please. I sold an item on 28/04/21 the item was delivered to the buyer on the 01/05/21. But the money is still on hold in my account, when reading up it says I should revive the money 1 day after the item was delivered but it just won’t let me take it out. Any help would be very appreciated
