Money on hold

Hi, this is the first time I used PayPal, I'm a freelancer and not selling anything. My money was on hold, bit the sender already confirmed the transaction and marked as completed. But still it is on hold. Can anyone help me what to do? Do I need to marked the transaction as processed? Thanks

Sender already confirmed the transaction and on their end it says that it is completed. And on my account it says that money will be available within 7days, do I need to marked it again as shipped and submit it again? So I can get the funds sooner?
