Hello, My name is Goran <removed> and i am from Serbia. Recently, about a week ago, i sent money via Paypal to my friend in Denmark and he said that money is still on hold. I receives the note from my bank that that money is taken of my balance in the bank, also the money is delivered to my friend, but he is not able to get the money. He says the money is on hold for no specific reason, also i would like to say that that was the first transaction ever between us two and 180euros is sent. Please if someone can, please help us because he needs money but he cannot get it. I also try to message PayPal agent on Message Center option in PayPal app, but every time they said the same “all agents are currently offline”... Help if you know what we should do, Thank you.
